Standard Delivery (Free)

All orders include free UK delivery. Depending on the product, we ship via:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class (2–3 business days, not fully tracked)
  
• Evri Standard (2–3 business days, tracked)

Express Delivery (Paid Upgrade)

You can upgrade at checkout to:

• Royal Mail 1st Class
  
• Evri Next Day
  
  Fees are shown before you confirm your order.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm (excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Tracking Information

• Royal Mail 2nd Class/1st Class → estimated delivery only with delivery confirmation, no full tracking.
• Evri Standard/Next Day → tracking link included in your dispatch email.
